How Do You Define Success?

Redefining Success

Have you ever noticed how success always seems to move further away the closer you get to it?

Hit the revenue goal → now you need to reach the next figure.
Land the big client → suddenly, you’re chasing five more.
Launch the big project → and immediately start planning the next, bigger one.

It’s exhausting—chasing a finish line that’s constantly moving

At some point, you have to pause and ask:
What does success actually mean to me?
Not my industry.
Not my peers.
And definitely not the version of me that believed 60-hour workweeks were the only path to achievement.

When my clients take the time to define their version of success, it often looks completely different from what they’ve been striving toward their whole lives.

Those who align their goals with their values and purpose discover a more joyful, balanced way of living. They realize that success doesn’t have to mean “more”—it can mean enough.
It can mean peace.
It can mean fulfillment.

Everything becomes simpler when your definition of success is your own.

So let me ask you:
What does success mean to YOU?

Wishing you the best as you take your next steps toward having a Professional Edge.
