Carla Hale is driven by a passion for helping people become who they’re truly meant to be—both personally and professionally. Throughout her life, she has been committed to helping others grow into the fullest expression of who they vision themselves to be.
From an early age, Carla naturally stepped into leadership roles—beginning at just fifteen and continuing throughout her career. Over the past 30 years, she has served in senior leadership positions, consistently elevating team performance by focusing on each individual’s growth and recognizing their unique value within the group.
Today, Carla serves as the Executive Director of Sams Fischer Professional Edge, LLC and Operations Director at Sams Fischer, LLC. As an organizational leader, she is deeply committed to fostering personal and professional development, guiding others to uncover their strengths, and empowering them to lead with purpose and authenticity.
Carla has designed and led leadership programs centered on self-awareness, leading without a title, and emotional intelligence—helping individuals at every level step confidently into their potential.
Beyond her professional work, Carla has a heart for service. She has participated in several short-term mission trips—both locally and globally—from Appalachia to New Orleans, and from Mexico to India—supporting families, vulnerable communities, and orphaned children. Her goal, whether at home or abroad, is to meet people where they are, understand who they are and what they aspire to become, and help connect them with the tools and guidance they need to create lasting impact in their communities and in the world.
Carla earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, summa cum laude, from Miami University, and completed postgraduate studies in Business. She has trained with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI)—one of the largest and most respected coaching organizations in the world—and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
