Maximize Potential
Organizations are consistently looking for ways to maximize potential. They hire great employees, but those great employees do not live in a bubble. Employees are human beings. Human beings are affected by many factors (at home, during travel, and in the workplace) daily that affect their ability to engage and interact in the workplace. You are probably experiencing one of three scenarios in your workplace:
- A Team member is consistently missing deadlines. Their work product is great when they are present. Their relationship with peers is good, but slowly declining due to their lack of presence. Customers do not like to interact with them.
- A Team member submits mediocre work, though meets all their deadlines. They were a social butterfly within the office, but since doing WFH, struggles to connect with peers. Customers comment that they are friendly and easy to work with.
- A Team member is meeting all their objectives. They work cohesively will all other team members and are liked by everyone. They receive exceptional customer reviews for friendliness and responsiveness. They are seeking more challenges and growth.
In my experience working with various organizations, the majority often find themselves in one of the first two scenarios. But there is a path to the third. There are strategies and tools to improve productivity, performance, motivation, and teamwork. There are opportunities to maximize the potential of your organization and your team members.
