DEVELOP GOALS

Through initial consultation with senior leadership, we develop goals suitable for your organization.

We poll leadership and team member to determine Focus Areas for professional development that align with organizational goals.

COACHING STRATEGY

We implement coaching techniques through one-on-one coaching to pursue professional development based upon Focus Areas agreed upon by Senior Leadership and the team member, during the previous step. We tailor the coaching toward exploration self-discovery and self-awareness to attain the desired outcomes as agreed upon by the client and Sr. Leadership.

FOLLOW-UP

Homework is given at each coaching sessions to deepen the learning from each session. We also provide routine check-ins throughout the term of the coaching agreement to assess overall desired outcomes.  While the specifics of each coaching session are confidential, discussion of outcome goals are discussed between Senior Leadership and team member at set intervals, as agreed in the initial contract.

For Life Coaching clients, we implement coaching techniques through one-on-one coaching to pursue desired outcomes set forth by the individual client to explore desired outcomes.

FOLLOW-UP

Homework is given at most coaching sessions. We provide follow up to learning outcomes to these assignments. We also provide routine check-ins throughout the term of the coaching agreement to assess overall desired outcomes.
